About purchases and licenses
How do I activate after payment?
After paying with Alipay, return to the original purchase tab, wait for server confirmation, and retrieve your license key. Paste it into the license section of extension settings and activate. A license allows two active browser instances; separate browsers or browser profiles each count as one instance.
Does it renew automatically? When does validity begin?
All plans are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Quarterly licenses last 90 days and annual licenses 365 days from first activation. Lifetime includes future updates to this product. After expiry, you may purchase again at the then-current price, and free features remain available.
How do I move to another computer or reinstall?
Deactivate in the old browser’s extension license settings, then activate in the new browser. Reinstalling the extension or deleting a browser profile may create a new instance identifier. Save your license key first. If the old device is unavailable, contact support with your order ID for verification.
Can I request a refund for incompatibility or an accidental purchase?
Contact support with your order and the circumstances. We will review payment, delivery, usage, and any fault, and handle the request under applicable law and payment-channel rules. There is no blanket no-refunds restriction, and not every request is guaranteed an unconditional refund. The corresponding paid license is revoked after a refund.
