1. Service and scope
Jianxia Download provides a desktop Chrome / Edge 116+ extension, local media tools, and paid licensing services. Read these terms and the privacy policy before use. The checkout requires explicit acceptance before creating a paid order.
2. Your rights to content
Save only content you own or have permission to save, and follow the source’s applicable rules. Do not use this product to bypass DRM, paywalls, account permissions, or infringe rights. Processing may be refused when protection is detected. Buying a license grants no copyright or access rights to the original media.
3. Free and paid features
The free edition allows 10 downloads every day, regardless of installation date, resetting on your local date. Paid licenses remove daily download limits and add batch downloads, more concurrency, supported live recording, and full extension conversion. Website conversion tools are free; device, format, and resource limits still apply.
4. Prices, validity, and devices
Quarterly costs CNY ¥8.8 for 90 days; annual costs ¥19.99 for 365 days; lifetime costs ¥49.99 and includes future updates to this product. Quarterly and annual validity starts on first activation. Each license allows two active browser instances; different browsers or profiles count separately. Deactivate an old instance to move. Lifetime does not include separately released products or guarantee perpetual compatibility with third-party websites.
5. One-time payment and delivery
Every plan is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Orders are paid through Alipay at the confirmed order price. A license key is provided after server-side payment verification; a payment-page redirect is not proof of payment. Retrieve, copy, and securely keep the key from the purchase page, and retain the order number. If confirmation is delayed, check the original order or contact support instead of paying again.
6. License use and verification
Treat the license key as a private credential. Do not publicly share, resell, or bypass the instance limit. Paid access requires online activation and periodic server checks; offline use is limited by the current local credential and is not guaranteed indefinitely. Paid access may end after expiry, refund, or confirmed abuse, without excluding statutory rights or fair dispute handling.
7. Compatibility, tasks, and files
Site structure, codecs, expiring links, device memory, network conditions, and browser policies affect functionality. Not every site, format, or file size is supported. Try intended resources with the free edition first. Keep originals, verify converted results, and save them. Closing a page or clearing browser data may interrupt tasks or delete unsaved results.
8. Issues, refunds, and disputes
For duplicate payments, accidental purchases, delivery failures, or functional issues, contact support with the order ID, Alipay transaction number, and a description. We review payment, delivery, and usage, and handle the request under applicable law and payment-channel rules, including repair, re-delivery, or refund where appropriate. There is no blanket no-refund condition or unconditional refund promise. Refunded licenses are revoked. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights.
9. Updates and contact
The product may receive compatibility or security updates. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here. The core price and validity of a purchased license follow the information confirmed at purchase. Any liability limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
